Terms & Conditions

All clients are required to sign a Work Agreement.

Administrative services are billed at $30 per hour.  Virtual event  services are billed at $40 per hour.

Retainers Packages offer special discounts up to 20% off the regular hourly rate.  There is a monthly minimum of 8 hours of service required. Retainers are prepaid at the beginning of each month and any unused hours do not roll over.

Projects  are due upon receipt. Other payments are  payable net 10 days by business/personal check, or Paypal. Invoices are sent  at the end of each month via email or fax.

There is a $30 insufficient funds fee for any returned check. You may incur a late fee of $30 and/or termination of services if payment is not received within 10 business days.
