Service Terms and Conditions

1. All clients are required to sign a work agreement before work will commence.
2. Administrative services are billed at $30 per hour. Administrative service hours billed in 5 minute increments. Virtual event  services are billed at $40 per hour unless otherwise included in a customized retainer package.
3. Retainers packages offer special discounts up to 20% off the regular hourly rate.  A monthly service package can be customized especially for your business needs. Packages start at 5 hours per week/20 hours a month. Retainers are prepaid at the beginning of each month and any unused hours do not roll over.
4. Although, A Virtual Blessing  Virtual Assistant Services accepts short term projects,  partnering with A Virtual Blessing on an ongoing basis is the most beneficial to your business. It allows us to quickly understand and learn the ‘ins and outs’ of your business. Ultimately, becoming two steps ahead of you and anticipating your needs – working towards the same goals. Short term projects require a 50% deposit with a signed agreement. Projects payments are due upon completion.
5. Payments are  payable net 10 days by business/personal check, or Paypal. Invoices are sent  to client via email.
6. There is a $30 insufficient funds fee for any returned check. You may incur a late fee of $30 and/or termination of services if payment is not received within 10 business days.
