Terms & Conditions

All clients are required to sign a Work Agreement. There is a monthly minimum of 2 hours of service required.  New clients are required to pay a 25% down payment for projects.

Administration and concierge services are billed at $30 per hour.  Bookkeeping is billed at $35 per hour. Hours are billed to the minute.

Retainers Packages offer special discounts up to 25% off the regular hourly rate.  Retainers are prepaid at the beginning of each month and any unused hours do not roll over.

Projects  are due upon receipt. Other payments are  payable net 10 days by business/personal check, or Paypal. Invoices are sent  at the end of each month via email or fax.

There is a $30 insufficient funds fee for any returned check. You may incur a late fee of $30 and/or termination of services if payment is not received within 10 business days.
