Going Blog Wild

Last month I attended the Inbound Marketing Virtual Conference presented by Hubspot. I am big fan of Hubspot and its resources. (Some of which are absolutely free!) It had a notable list of presenters including:

• Eric Vreeland
• Dennis Shiao
• Kipp Bodnar
• Mike Volpe
• Dan Zarrela
• Jeanne Hopkins
• David Meerman Scott

I only attended one session live; however, I have had the opportunity to view other recorded sessions since the actual event. The sessions are still accessible for registrants for about 2 more months. Besides the recorded sessions there are also several great handouts available to view.

I was particularly inspired by Kipp Bodnar, Inbound Marketing Manager at HubSpot. His session was entitled Content is King. He presented some interesting statistics about business blogging.

I thought I would challenge myself to write as many blog posts as I can over the next 30 days and see what happens. My goal is to publish one each business day. Admittedly, blogging has been an area that I have been less than consistent in. I know that is a big no-no! Hopefully, this will be a good kick in the pants and a way to invoke some new life into the A Virtual Blessing blog.  So, I’m planning on going blog wild -stay tuned!
