Is your business ready for the rapidly approaching holiday season? Cringe and sigh- I know, thanks for reminding you. No one wants to think about the holidays this soon. The holiday season for many small business owners is the busiest and most profitable time of the year. This is great news but this can also lead to extra stress. The holiday season is often overshadowed by the endless list of tasks that need to be accomplished in preparation for it. Although, they can be a mixture of business and personal related tasks.
Lessen the stress this year by delegating certain administrative tasks to a Virtual Assistant (VA). Below are three ways a Virtual Assistant can be your holiday helper:
I am going to dedicate a blog to each task. Today, I am going to discuss holiday mailings. A Virtual Assistant can send your desired cards to your clients, associates and family. A VA will take the headache out of this task by stuffing and mailing them for you.
Below are specific types of holiday mailings.
Holiday cards: Sending cards to your clients is that special touch that shows them that their business is appreciated. A VA will ensure your desired holiday cards arrive on time this year. Bonus tip: A VA can also send out letters on your company
stationary.
Invitations: Delegate the task of mailing out the invitations to guests for your special company event or party. Bonus tip: A Virtual Assistant can serve as the RSVP point of contact. A VA can also make reminder calls to your guests.
Thank-you cards: A VA can send out thank-you cards to your loyal clients for another great year. Additionally, a Virtual Assistant can mail thank-you cards for any special holiday gifts that you may have received.

Great post! A lot of business owners unnecessarily stress themselves out over the holiday season because they attempt to tackle everything on their own. Hiring a VA will enable them the opportunity to relax and get a chance to truly enjoy the season as well!

Hi LaTosha. Thank you for your comment. Delegating tasks to a Virtual Assistant will definitely help lessen the stress of the holidays. Also if a business owner has never used a VA before-it is a great opportunity to try one!
I agree! Virtual assistants can work with minimal supervision so the business owner can simply communicate instructions to the Virtual Assistant and then expect the VA to deliver the output.
