This is my last installment in the “3 Ways A Virtual Assistant Can Be Your Holiday Helper” series. In previous posts I discussed holiday mailings and online shopping. This post will explain how a Virtual Assistant can help small business owners with vacation relief services. Vacation relief services are tasks that will sustain your business while you are out of the office.
Listed below are two examples of vacation relief services:
Email management: This service is excellent for a business owner with one or multiple email accounts. A Virtual Assistant can monitor your email account so you do not miss any important details about an event, product or question from a customer. Subsequently, a VA can respond with a personal or form letter to address the e-mail’s concern.
Telephone management: Enlisting a Virtual Assistant to monitor your incoming calls and/or voicemail will ensure that you will not miss any important calls while you are enjoying time with your family. A VA can transcribe the details of the calls and directly email or text them to you according to its priority. A Virtual Assistant could also may follow-up calls to customers and clients with urgent concerns leaving your vacation unbothered and stress- free.
